Write New General Care Orders

• The default options and settings are determined by age group. To override the age group for a neonate, see Changing a Neonate Age For Orders.

• If you haven't already:

1. Select the patient.

2. Click Write (ALT+W).

3. Click General Care (ALT+G).

• Activity/Beds Neonate

• Chest Tube

• Diagnosis (Primary & Associated)

• Fluids Management / Phototherapy

• Foley

• NGT/ Feeding Tubes

• Other Tubes and Drains

• Point of Care Testing

• Precautions
