Editing Notes

1.   If you haven't already, go to the Document Management module. Your Preliminary queue is displayed.

2.   Click the subject of the note you want to edit to display it in edit mode.

Note: You have a very limited ability to make edits from Document Management, especially for structured notes. For more comprehensive edits, access the note from the Notes module.

3.   Change text by typing over it. To apply special formatting (such as bold or italic text) or check spelling, click the appropriate button.

4.   To correct the subject, change the current subject (displayed in the upper right corner) by typing over it. Or click the next to the Subject field and select one from the displayed list.

5.   To add a signature line at the bottom of this note, click the Signature button.

6.   Save your updates using one of the following methods:

7.   If you want to save your work now, click Sign (F10). The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved. Type your key and click Sign.
