Adding custom paragraphs to your patient notes and PG messages can help save time when completing your patient documentation.
While creating or editing a note or PG message, use the Paragraph drop-down list to display a list of custom paragraphs available to you. Click any item to add it to your note at your current cursor location. The LMR automatically adds line spacing before and after a custom paragraph.
You can also add a custom paragraph by typing a period and the paragraph name. For more information, see Adding Custom Paragraphs Using “.” Functionality.
Note: Custom paragraphs are created from the Custom Paragraphs module. They can also be created 'on the fly' while creating a free-form note by selecting the text you want to make into a custom paragraph, and then clicking the
