Importing Information Using the Pt. Data Tab

Click the name of the section on the Pt. Data tab to import data. Continue as follows:

• For List-Based Sections (i.e. Medications, Problems, Allergies, Care Plans, etc)

• For Vital Signs

• For EOV Data

• For Results

• For Physician Address (Free-Form Notes only)

• For Problem-Based Plans (Free-Form and Structured Notes only)

Note: If available, click the to import all data for a section.
