A popup window displays the associated module. The module displays the active list of associated items for the patient, and also includes a column to select and add those items.
To
import entries, select one or more items from the list by clicking
the check box in the blue Add column for the associated item. Then
click Ok (ALT+O). Or, to include
all items, click the top check box in the blue Add column and Ok (ALT+O).
To
edit the list and import entries, edit the item as you normally would.

or changed, it becomes automatically selected for import.
Notes:
To customize the format of the imported data, click the Customize link at the bottom right of the window.
You can edit an individual entry
from a list by clicking the
icon next to the entry.
