Customizing Data Import

1.   If you haven’t already, click the Customize link on the bottom right of the screen.

Note: Authorized users can customize at the practice level by selecting Customize for practice.

2.   Click to select or deselect check boxes for the fields you wish to include. You cannot deselect default fields (the check box is inactive).

3.   Edit field labels by entering a new label in the first text box for the associated item. Most labels require that you enter a comma first before the label to separate each field.

4.   Edit field suffixes by entering a new suffix in the second text box for the associated item.

5.   View the preview of the formatted data at the bottom of the screen.

6.   When you are finished, click Save.

Note: Once you make any changes, you cannot restore them to the default state. Contact your LMR Analyst to do so.
