The QuickLook popup displays summary information for the selected
patient, but is view only. You cannot edit the information using this
option. Exceptions are being able to use the 
icon in the Notes section to access that particular note. You
can also click the 
icon
in the Medications section of QuickLook to display information from
the MICROMEDEX or Skolar database. To be able to edit the summary

After you select a patient, choose one of the following four options to display the QuickLook popup:
Press the F8 key.
Click QuickLook on the Popup menu.
From the short-cut menu by right-clicking any underlined patient name and clicking QuickLook.
Click the QuickLook tab in a note or clinical message.
Note: If you are currently creating a note, you must click outside of any text box to enable the F8 key.
