The Vital Signs section includes all items from the Flowsheets module (except Health Monitoring related items, such as Smoking Status). For pediatric patients, this includes growth chart percentiles, when applicable.
1. Check to be sure the desired flowsheet is displayed. If necessary, select another flowsheet from the drop-down list.
2. If data has been previously entered for the patient, it displays. Check the visit date in the first column header to determine if data has been already added for today’s visit.
3. To add new vital signs data, click Add New. The LMR displays an entry form for your default flowsheet. Add flowsheet data as you normally would. For details, see Adding Flowsheet Values. Newly added data is automatically selected for import.
4. To select vital signs to import, do any of the following:
Click the check box next to an individual item to select it.
To import all data for a specific date, click the check box next to the date in the column heading. If there are multiple values for an item for that date, only the most recent value is imported. Note that calculated fields, such as BMI, are imported.

date, click the in
the column heading to display all recorded values. Click the check
