Adding Flowsheet Values

1.   If you haven't already, go to the Flowsheets module.

2.   Check to be sure the desired flowsheet is selected. If necessary, display the desired flowsheet using the  next to the Select Flowsheet field.

3.   Click Add New.

4.   Click the Result field for any item and type the applicable result. (For Health Monitoring related values, select a coded response, if applicable.)

Note:

5.   Complete other fields, as needed. Be sure the date and time displayed reflects the service date for the flowsheet value.

6.   When you have completed entering all values for this flowsheet, click Ok (ALT+O).

7.   If you want to save your work now, click Sign (F10). The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved. Type your key and click Sign.
