View Current Authorizations
The View Current Authorizations window displays the authorizations for
both systems and SFA resources for a selected account.
- To view current authorizations
for a user account:
- Select the account.
- Click the Account menu.
- Click the View Current Account option.
- Current Authorized Systems are listed on the left; Current Authorized
Shared File Areas are on the right.
- The icons in the tree provide additional information about the
items in the list. Click the Icon Legend
link in the bottom left for descriptions. Click Close
to close the legend window.
- To display the specific authorizations for a system or SFA, including
whether the user is a keygiver, click its
. To
hide the information, click 
.
- To display all of the authorizations for all of the systems, click
the Expand All link at the top right
of the systems list. Click Collapse All
to hide all the sub-entries.
- To display all of the authorizations for all of the SFAs, click
the Expand All
link at the top right of the SFAs list. Click Collapse
All to hide all the sub-entries.
- To edit authorizations for the selected account:
- To add, change, or remove authorization for PHS application systems
in PAS, click the Edit Systems
button, or right-click the systems list and then click the Edit Systems
option. See Editing system authorizations
for instructions.
- To add, change, or remove authorization for PHS shared file areas
(SFAs) in PAS, click the Edit SFAs
button, or right-click the SFAs list and then click the Edit SFAs
option. See Editing SFA authorizations
for instructions.
- Click Close to return to
the main account display.
