Edit a Protocol, Treatment Plan, Default Template Group, or Template

• There are two builder/archives for each lab site, one for oncology and the other for non-oncology. Check the top of the view to determine which you have open.
• Templates are associated with product cell types in protocols and regimens. See also:

• Release to Process (reprocessing) is ordered with specifically designed templates that are associated with product cell types in protocols and regimens. For instructions, see Building a Release to Process Template.

• If you haven't already, access the builder.
  1. Log on to Biotherapy Tools.
  2. Hold the mouse pointer over the Protocol/Treatment Plan tab.
  3. Mouse over to the specialty you want, Oncology or Non-Oncology, and then click the Builder/Editor option.
• Find and select the protocol, treatment plan, default group, or template to edit.

• Browse the builder tree
  1. Click the Protocols or Treatment Plans heading to display the available protocols or treatment plans.
  2. Click the protocol or treatment plan name to select it and display its product cell types.
• Search by name of the protocol, treatment plan, or template

  Find the template:

  1. Click the type of template you're looking for in the builder tree: Protocols, Treatment Plans, or Default Groups.
  2. In the pop-up menu (bottom right), click Find by type of template or Template Name (where type of template is Protocol, Treatment Plan, or Default Group).
  3. In the Search Criteria pane, click to select an option: Search type of template or Search by Template Name.
  4. Type the text to search for. Capitalization does not matter. The search looks for the exact sequence anywhere in the name of the protocol, treatment plan, default group, or template (depending on your selection in step 1).
  5. Click Find.

  Go to the template in the builder:

  1. Click to select the line for a template in the list.
  2. In the pop-up menu (bottom right), click Go to this item.
