Set a Protocol, Treatment Plan, or Default Group to Test Mode

Builders can set protocols, treatment plans, and default groups to test mode, to prevent these from appearing in BOE for providers. Only users who are authorized for test mode see these protocols/treatment plans in BOE when writing orders.

Test protocols, treatment plans, and default groups are flagged in the builder with .
Test protocols and treatment plans display with red text and (Test Mode) in BOE for authorized users only.

If you haven't already, access the builder.
1. Log on to Biotherapy Tools.
2. Hold the mouse pointer over the Protocol/Treatment Plan tab.
3. Mouse over to the specialty you want, Oncology or Non-Oncology, and then click the Builder/Editor option.
Find and select the protocol, treatment plan, or default group:

1. Click the Protocols or Treatment Plans heading to display the available protocols or treatment plans.
2. Click the protocol or treatment plan name to select it and display its product cell types.
Search by name of the protocol or treatment plan
Find the template:
1. Click the type of template you're looking for in the builder tree: Protocols, Treatment Plans, or Default Groups.
2. In the pop-up menu (bottom right), click Find by type of template or Template Name (where type of template is Protocol, Treatment Plan, or Default Group).
3. In the Search Criteria pane, click to select an option: Search type of template or Search by Template Name.
4. Type the text to search for. Capitalization does not matter. The search looks for the exact sequence anywhere in the name of the protocol, treatment plan, default group, or template (depending on your selection in step 1).
5. Click Find.
Go to the template in the builder:
1. Click to select the line for a template in the list.
2. In the pop-up menu (bottom right), click Go to this item.
1. Click to select the protocol or treatment plan.

To set a protocol, treatment plan, or default group to Test mode:

Select the protocol, treatment plan, or default group.
Click the Test checkbox beneath the Name field.
