  A Visit Summary Report can be deleted by clicking the in the last column of the lists of reports, and then OK to confirm the deletion. Only reports created for your current location can be deleted.

  Note: The corresponding Clinical Summary is deleted (and removed from the patient's Patient Gateway account) when a Visit Summary Report is deleted.
