Indicating the a Patient Declined a Visit Summary Report

1.   If you haven't already, select the patient and go to the Visit Summary Report module. The LMR displays a summary report of the current day's visit. If the LMR does not detect a visit for your practice for that day, it displays a list of visits with your practice. Click a visit to continue.

Note: If there are no visits with your practice, the LMR allows you to create a new report. Use the Visit Date field to select the date, and select the provider from the Provider Seen drop-down list. Then, click Create New.

2.   Click Pt Declined. The LMR displays the Visit Summary Report list screen.

Note: The LMR does not create a corresponding Clinical Summary when a Visit Summary Report is declined by the patient.
