The Visit Summary Report module allows you to view a list of reports for the patient. From this list, you can select a report to view or edit it (you must be logged into the same practice as the associated visit to edit). For details on accessing this list, click here.
The Status column indicates if the report has been printed, sent to Patient Gateway, or saved as Preliminary.The CCD column indicates if a corresponding Clinical Summary has been created. To view any report from this list, click to select it.
Note: If a visit does not have a Visit Summary Report, selecting it from the list creates one. This only applies if you are at the same practice. (Visits without reports display only for visits associated with your practice.) If you do not wish to create a visit summary report, click Cancel to return to the Visit Summary Report list.
To edit any report, display it by selecting it, and then make changes. (You can only edit Preliminary reports if you are logged into the same practice as the associated visit.)
To suppress specific information from the report, click the check box to the left of the item to deselect it.
To include patient educational materials, click check boxes, as applicable. (You can preview materials by clicking the link.) If the topic you want is not shown, click View Entire List. To indicate that you provided educational material other than what is available from the LMR, click the associated check box.
To add comments to your report, type into the Provider Comments section.

To create the Visit Summary Report with Spanish translations, click the "Include Spanish" check box. Doing so includes headings and medication details in both English and Spanish. If you are using a custom Visit Summary Report that includes introductory text in Spanish, that information is also included.
Click a button to save the report as Preliminary, Send to PG, Send to PG, Print, or Print, as appropriate. (Only the latest edited version of any report displays in Patient Gateway.)
