1. If you haven't already, go to the Clinical Messages (or Mail Center) module. The Active queue of either your Clinical Messages or Patient Requests displays.
2. Find the message you want. For details, click here.
3. Click the check box to the left of the message.
4. Click Delete.
Note:
Messages that are not deleted within the specified time limit are automatically deleted and are not sent to the Inactive queue. That limit is 60 days for Patient Requests and 30 days for Clinical Messages.
Deleted messages can be viewed by clicking Inactive.
