Showing Inactive Messages

1.   If you haven't already, go to the Clinical Messages (or Mail Center) module. The Active queue of either your Clinical Messages or Patient Requests displays. Depending on whether you want to show your inactive Clinical Messages or Patient Requests, you may need to click the appropriate tab.

2.   Click Inactive. The LMR displays a list of messages you deleted either 21 days ago (for Clinical Messages) or 30 days ago (for Patient Requests). Items that are automatically deleted are not included.

3.   Click the subject associated with the message to display it. If you accidentally delete a message, click Restore to move it from the Inactive list back to the Active list.

4.   To return to the list of inactive messages, click Cancel.

5.   To return to the list of active messages, click Active.
