Use the following procedure to update medications and problems while working in the Result Manager, without having to go to the associated Medication or Problem module.
1. If you haven't already, go to the Result Manager module and click a letter or letters in the CDR Results column for the visit.
2. To add entries:
Click the Add New button for either medications or problems, as desired. (For problems, you also click Favorites to add a problem from your list of favorites.) The LMR displays the associated Add form.
Complete the form using standard LMR procedures. See Adding Medications or Adding Problems for details.
3. To modify entries:
Click the link for any medication or problem to display it in edit mode.
Update the form using standard LMR procedures. See Changing Medications or Changing Problems for details.
Note: Your entry is not completed until you click Sign (F10) to add your electronic signature.
