Favorites allow you a shortcut to enter problems and procedures that you commonly see in your patient population, including complete modifiers and details. Use of Favorites is a two-step process:
First, enter the problem or procedure for any patient. Complete all fields for the Add form. See Adding Problems or Adding Procedures, as applicable, for details. Be sure to select the check box to add the entry as a favorite for either your list or your practice (these options display at the bottom of the Add form).
Then, when you want to select this problem or procedure again for any subsequent patient, click Favorites at the lookup screen or from the Problems module. The LMR displays a list of favorites that you have saved to your personal list or that you and your colleagues have saved to your practice list. Click the check box to the left of the entry and OK to complete the Add form as previously specified.
To delete any entry from your favorites list, click Favorites at the problem or procedure lookup screen or from the Problems module. Then, click the check box to the right of the entry and Delete.
