Find and Replace Orders in the Chemo Builder

Click Tools (ALT+T), then click Build Chemo Regimen/Protocol (ALT+P).
Click Search (ALT+C).

Click to select Find/Replace (ALT+R).
Click OK (ALT+O).
When prompted, click to select the type of order to find.
Click OK (ALT+O).

Medication
Medications added to the Chemo folder are NOT included in this search.
1. Type or paste the medication to search for in the Med Name field. Generic and brand names are both included in the search results.
2. Type or paste the route. Search results list only medications with a route that includes an exact match.
3. Type or paste the dose. Search results list only medications with a dose that includes an exact match of the entire number and/or dosing unit.
4. Type or paste the frequency. Search results list only medications with a frequency that includes an exact match.
5. To limit the results, type or paste the Start Time.
6. To limit the results, type a number and select a unit (Days, Weeks, or Months).
7. To limit the results, type a number of doses.
8. To limit the results, type or paste the text for instructions.
9. Click Find (ALT+F).
10. When prompted, type your signing key, then click OK (ALT+O).

Chemo medication
All chemo and chemo-related medications added to the Chemo folder are included in this search.
1. Type or paste the medication to search for in the Med Name field. Generic and brand names are both included in the search results.
2. Type or paste the route. Search results list only medications with a route that includes an exact match.
3. Type or paste the unit of measure. Search results list only medications with units that include an exact match of the entire unit of measure.
4. Type or paste the method of dosing in the Dosed by field. Search results list only medications with a method that includes an exact match of the Dosed by criteria .
5. Type or paste the standard dose (number value). Search results list only medications with a standard dose that includes an exact match of the entire number.
6. To limit the results, type or paste the frequency. Search results list only medications with a frequency that includes an exact match.
7. To limit the results, type or paste the Do Not Recalc Reason (the rationale when declining automatic recalculation of the weight-based dose amount, performed when the orders are activated).
8. To limit the results, type or paste the number(s) for the administration schedule. The default schedule is in Days; click to select Doses instead, if applicable.
9. To limit the results, type or paste the text for instructions.
10. To limit the results, type or paste the amount and units for the total dose cap (maximum allowed).
11. To limit the results, type or paste the amount of the BSA cap (maximum allowed; units automatically set to m2).
12. Click Find (ALT+F).
13. When prompted, type your signing key, then click OK (ALT+O).

Review all of the parameters for the search.
Click OK (ALT+O) to add the search to the queue for processing. Click Cancel (ALT+C) if the parameters are not correct, then repeat the process to set up the search.
Click OK (ALT+O) to acknowledge the message that the search for Find and Replace will run immediately, and the replace will be performed after 7 pm.
