Pending Changes for Find & Replace in the Chemo Builder

1. Click Tools (ALT+T), then click Build Chemo Regimen/Protocol (ALT+P).

2. Click Search (ALT+C).

1. Select a population:

• Click Adult (ALT+A) to search for regimens/protocols that DO NOT have the Pediatric checkbox on the Definitions tab checked.

• Click Pediatric (ALT+P) to search for regimens/protocols that DO have the Pediatric checkbox on the Definitions tab checked.

2. Click to check which storage area(s) to search:

• You can search both production (ALT+R) and maintenance (ALT+M) together, if needed.

• Given the number of protocols and regimens in the archive, you can only search archive (ALT+H) by itself.

3. Click to select what to search for:

• You can search for Protocols or Regimens or both together.

• You can search both production (ALT+R) and maintenance (ALT+M) together.

• Given the number of protocols and regimens in the archive, you can only search archive (ALT+H) by itself. Click to select the Regimen option.

• There is no option to search the Protocols in Archives.

4. Click OK (ALT+O).

5. Click to select the option for Pending Changes Report.

6. When prompted, type your signing key, then click OK (ALT+O).

1. If needed, click the tab for Pending Approval or Pending Activation.

2. Click the row for the set you want.

3. Click Zoom (ALT+Z).

4. Click Close (ALT+C) to return to the list.

2. Click the row for the set you want.

3. To view details, click Zoom (ALT+Z). Click Close (ALT+C) to return to the list.

4. Click Approve (ALT+A).

5. When prompted, type your signing key, then click OK (ALT+O).

2. Click the row for the set you want.

3. To view details, click Zoom (ALT+Z). Click Close (ALT+C) to return to the list.

4. Click Activate (ALT+C).

5. When prompted, type your signing key, then click OK (ALT+O).

1. If needed, click the tab for Pending Approval or Pending Activation.

2. Click the row for the set you want.

3. To view details, click Zoom (ALT+Z). Click Close (ALT+C) to return to the list.

4. Click Delete (ALT+D).

5. When prompted, type your signing key, then click OK (ALT+O).

• Click the tab for the type of order: Pending Approval, Pending Activation, or Closed (activated or deleted).

• To view details:

• Click the row for the set you want.

• Click Zoom (ALT+Z). Click Close (ALT+C) to return to the list.

• To print:

• Click the row for the set you want.

• Click Print (ALT+P).

Click to select either the Pending Approval, Pending Activation, or Closed tab, then click Excel. You can work with the data, format, and save from Excel.
