Completing an Audit
- Only the manager assigned to the selected employee (direct report
or delegated) can complete the audit.
- If you haven't already, login to CSA and then open the Audit view:
- On smaller displays, click
to display the CSA menu
options.
- Click the Audit option in the CSA menu at the top.
- Employees you've been delegated to review are flagged with
. Holding the mouse pointer over
displays the name of the employee's manager and the date of delegation.
- To complete the audit:
- If you haven't already, find the employee's name and then click
the link to open the Report Authorization Review.
- By default, the list is sorted by audit status, then alphabetically
by last name. To sort the list by a different parameter, click the heading for a column.
To change the sort order, click

.
- To look up an employee on the list, in the Search field, type any
part of any parameter (name, audit status, PeopleSoft ID, location,
or title). The list is filtered as you type, to include only those whose information
includes what you typed.

- The Review lists all of the systems to which the employee has access.
- For each system, the employee's authorization key(s) are listed
beneath.
- Hold the mouse pointer over the
for a description of a system or authorization key. See also: Viewing
CSA Systems Information.
- If a box is checked but inactive
, the access
or authorization key was previously removed during the current audit
cycle. If this is not correct, see Restoring
Authorization for an Employee
- If the systems and authorizations are still appropriate for the
employee, click the Keep Access checkbox. **You must scroll down and
view every system and authorization to activate the Keep Access checkbox.**
- If access to a system or authorization for a particular function
should be removed:
- To remove all access to a system, click
to check
the box to the left of the system name
.
- To remove authorization for a particular function (based on the
key), click
to check the box
to the left of the authorization key.
Selecting
all authorization keys automatically selects the system, and vice
versa.
- Click

- When you have completed your work, click
