Completing an Audit

 

  1. On smaller displays, click CSA menu toggle to display the CSA menu options.
  2. Click the Audit option in the CSA menu at the top.
  1. If you haven't already, find the employee's name and then click the link to open the Report Authorization Review.
  1. The Review lists all of the systems to which the employee has access.
  1. If the systems and authorizations are still appropriate for the employee, click the Keep Access checkbox. **You must scroll down and view every system and authorization to activate the Keep Access checkbox.**
  2. If access to a system or authorization for a particular function should be removed:
