Restoring Authorization
- Limitations for restoring authorization via CSA:
- Only the manager assigned to the selected employee (direct report
or delegated) can restore authorization.
- Only authorizations that were removed in the current audit cycle
can be restored.
- Authorization cannot be restored via CSA once the current audit
cycle has ended.
- If you haven't already, login to CSA and then open the Transaction
Log view:
- On smaller displays, click
to display the CSA menu options.
- Click the TX Log option in the CSA menu at the top.
- To restore access to a system or system function before the end
of the audit cycle:
- In the Authorizations - Removed/Restored section, find the transaction
for the employee and click to check the box
in the Restore column

- When you have completed your work, click

- To grant access and authorization to an employee who does not have it,
or to restore authorization outside of the audit window, contact the keygiver
for your department. See Listing of Departmental Keygivers.
