This screen displays a list of visit notes entered into the LMR for the selected patient. Notes are listed by service date (most recent first). Click any column header to re-sort the list.
Two sets of filter links (folders) display at the top of the screen to help you locate specific notes. Unless modified, the defaults are Entire List and All, allowing you to see all notes, except retracted and restricted notes. However, you can click other folders to filter the list, and even create custom folders and designate a different folder as your default. The AutoFilter option allows you additional ways to filter the note list on the fly. See Filtering the Notes List for additional information.
The check box in the header of the first column of the list allows you to select all notes with a single click. Click the Print button for a paper copy of all selected notes.
This list also displays the status (Draft, Prelim, Final, Auto-Finalized, AutoSaved, Uploaded, Amended, or Retracted), setting, subject, practitioner, practice, service, and specialty. A note icon also designates status ( = Draft,
= Preliminary,
= Final).
Click the View column for any note to display complete text. (You can also click the note icon or the note subject.)
Note: A note subject with gray text indicates a note that you've marked as reviewed (by clicking the Review check box) or that was created by or for you.
