Printing Forms When Signing

To print EOV forms when signing, you must have previously set your default form priority and set the option in your preferences.

1.   Click Sign (F10). The Sign screen opens and displays EOV printing options in the EOV Forms section.

      Note: If you have selected to have your prescriptions print when signing in your preferences, the Prescriptions section appears above the EOV Forms section.

2.   Review the options for printing in the EOV Forms section. You can make a change to your selection at this time. Do the following depending on the option you selected:

• Print after signing

  Type your key and click Sign. The LMR automatically prints a copy of default EOV forms.

• Preview after signing

  a.   Type your key and click Sign. A new window opens.

  b.   Click either the or Print EOV Form button. A preview window opens.

  c.   Review the forms, and click Print.

  d.   The print dialog box opens. Click Print.

  e.   Click Close to exit the preview window.

  f.    Click the applicable button to return to the screen you were previously on before signing.
