Note: Click the
to the left of any template or section name to expand it or click
the
to collapse it. To restore the view to the
default template setting, click Restore
View.
Do any of the following:
To
“quick add” an individual item, click the
next to the item name (if applicable). The item displays in the
Shopping Cart. If the item is a diagnosis, click the check box
next to Primary if applicable.
To
“quick add” an order set, click the next
to the order set. The whole order set displays in the Shopping
Cart.
Click the item name to add an individual item. The item displays in the right pane. To select the item, click the check box next to the item in the right pane.
Click a section name to display all of the items in that section in the right pane. Select the items you want by clicking the check box next to the item.
Click the template name to display all of the sections in that template in the right pane. Click More... to display additional items in that section, and select the items you want by clicking the check box next to the item.

Diagnoses may display under orders or in-office procedures added to the Shopping Cart. See Related topics.
A displays
next to an item if your practice set up a message prompt for that
item. Click the icon to display the message. See Related Topics.
