Do any of the following:
Click
the next to the item name to
add an individual item. The item displays in the Shopping Cart.
Click a section name to display all of the items in that section in the right pane. Select the items you want by clicking the check box next to the item.
To search for a diagnosis based on a problem listed in the patient’s problem list, click the problem name (in red text) under the Search Diagnosis by Problem Name section. Associated diagnoses display in the right pane with the most common appearing first. Click the check box next to the appropriate diagnosis to select it.
For encounters dated 10/1/2015 or later, red text is used to indicate past patient data items that need to be updated for ICD-10. These items cannot be added unless they are re-selected.

A displays
next to an item if your practice set up a message prompt for that
item. Click the icon to display the message. See Related Topics.
By default, the bottom of the tab displays past encounter data, sorted by date. You can choose to have these encounters display at the top of the list or not at all, using the Preferences module.
