If you've previously maintained a list of EOV Favorites, they display on the Favorites tab. Favorites defined by your practice also display. They are listed in columns according to type (Diagnosis, Orders, Procedures, and E&M). The columns are in alphabetical order by default short name or custom favorite name.
Note: To view the full dictionary name of the favorite, hover your mouse pointer over the favorite name.
To add a favorite to the encounter,
click the name of the favorite. The item displays in the Shopping
Cart.

next to an item if your practice set up a message prompt for that
item. Click the icon to display the message. See Related Topics.
