Viewing the Chemotherapy Product Verification History

Data for this view does not include any information posted after the implementation of Epic at the site. See Epic Go-Live Dates for details.

• If you haven't already:

1. Hold the mouse pointer over the OE/eMAR menu in the PHS Viewer, then click MGH eMAR.
2. By default, the MGH eMAR opens to the Med Overview. To display a different view, hold the mouse pointer over the eMAR Views menu, then click to select a view.
3. Click to select an order for chemotherapy.
4. Click Verification History.

• This view displays a list of all clinicians who verified the selected chemotherapy product.

• The list is sorted by schedule date and time.
• The list includes the pharmacy approval date and time, the user name of the person who approved in pharmacy, as well as the date, time, and user name associated with the chemotherapy product verification.
• To display details of the order, click the order summary at the top of the list. See Viewing Details of an Order.
• To display administration history for the order, click . See Viewing the Administration History of an Order.
• Click the user name in the Entered By column to display the full name of  the clinician who verified the order. Click OK to close the message.
