Viewing Order Details
- From any eMAR View, click the summary display for the order. See Working witth MGH eMAR Views.
- From the Administration History, select the row for the administration, then click Zoom.
- Order details include the following categories of information:
- OE Information - Includes the entire content of the order. This includes instructions and additional information.
- OE History - Includes the audit details that track an order through its life span. Whenever someone acts on an order through the system, the process and the name of the person who signed it are "stamped" on the order, along with the date and time. This includes writing, reviewing, transcribing, approving (by chemo attendings as well as Pharmacy, as required), cosigning, and activating orders.
- RX Information - Includes Pharmacy information, including approval status. This category displays only for orders approved by Pharmacy; it does not apply to oxygen or blood orders.
- eMAR Information - Includes the order's administration schedule and history. This category displays only for orders that have been reviewed by RN.
- Common - Includes information on Pharmacy priority changes and scheduling changes within the past 24 hours, relevant labs, as well as Pharmacy request history.
- The symbol to the left of each category heading indicates whether the information is expanded (-) or hidden (+). Click the heading to display (or hide) information.
- To generate a paper copy, click Print.
- To return to the administration history, click Close.
