When you click a time value in the Big Board grid, the system displays the Big Board/Clinical Summary view. The index (top pane) lists results for the patient, datatype, sites, and time frame selected on the Big Board tab. Index items are sorted by date, most-recent first. Gray shading indicates that an item has previous versions (History) available.
To view details, click the item in the index. The system displays
details in the lower pane or in a separate
popup window.
To view a previous version of a document (if available, as indicated
by a gray shaded index row), click the item in the index; then click
the History button at the
bottom of the tab to open the Document History window, where you can
select the previous version you want to view. For details, see Viewing Document History.
Note: In the EHR Viewers, document history is limited to items from the PHS Document Repository. (e.g. It is not available for LMR notes.)
To print the contents of the Detail pane, click Print.
The report prints at the default printer. (To print the contents of
a popup window, use that window's print function.)

click OK.
