You can access this window from the Labs tab by clicking a value in the grid. To access this window from the Last Known Values tab, Clinical Summary tab, Specimen Views tab, or Big Board/Clinical Summary, select a test in the lower pane; then click Detail.
This window displays additional detail for the selected chemistry, toxicology, hematology, or immunology specimen or result. Detail includes the specimen type, accession number, ordering provider (when available), reporting lab, comments (if any), test name, result, reference range, units of measure, and the collected, received, logged in, and completed dates and times.
To look up general reference information for a test, click the
KnowledgeLink 
icon to the left
of the test name.
To copy information from the Comments section
of this window, select the text; then press CTRL+C. You can then paste the information
into a memo or letter by pressing CTRL+V.
To print a report, click Print
Preview (bottom of window); then click the printer
icon on the preview window.
To display additional detail for blood products, click the Blood
Products button to bring up the Blood Bank Product Summary.
