Complete & edit the referral checklist

  • If you haven't already:
  1. Click Referrals Received on the main menu.
  1. Click the patient name to select a case.
  • If you've moved off of the Referral Management view, click manage.

Completing & editing the referral checklist

You can complete and edit the entries in the Check List so long as the referral is active. Scroll down to view the checklist.

  • For Patient on Med Hold/Delay, Clinically Cleared, Orders Received (home care only), or F2F Hold/Delay (home care only):
  1. By default, the answer is No. Click  No  Priority switch off to turn the switch to   Priority switch on Yes.
  1. Type notes as applicable.
  2. Click save.
  • For Resee Screening Date:
  1. Type mm/dd/yyyy or click Calendar to select the Screening Date.
  1. Type notes as applicable.
  2. Click save.
  • For Referral Program:
  1. Click to select an option from the Referral Program drop-down list.
  1. Type notes as applicable.
  2. Click save.
  • The PROGRESS column on the Referrals Received list is updated: from the referral checklist, all providers: HOLD = patient med hold/delay; CLN = clinically cleared; home health & home hospice only: ORD = orders received; F2FHOLD = F2F hold/delay; Mass General Brigham continuing care only: REG = send to admissions initiated (this takes a few minutes after you click the button)
