If you haven't already, from DHeCare (Epic Hyperspace):
Log in to the Case Management or Care Coordinator module.
From the patient encounter, click the 4Next tab.
Click Manage to display the case management view.
Re-opening the canceled case
When a case is canceled, all of the referrals that were sent are retracted, and any drafts are removed. While you can set the filters to see these inactive referrals, you can't add a need or re-send a referral until the case is re-opened.
From Cases Sent, to be able to select the patient, click the Canceled option under Inactive Cases on the status drop-down list. Video: Show canceled cases
Click ⋮ in the case type section in the upper right, and then click the Reopen Case option. Video: Re-open a canceled case
