The LMR allows you to work with the Rx Renewal Queue of any other
user at your location or with the combined queues of any care team
(if previously created). To do so, make your selection at the Assigned
To field. (For details on creating a care team, click here.)
You can also work with the Rx Renewal Queues for multiple users selected
'on the fly' by clicking the .
For details, click here.
Note: Rx Renewal Queues display only for users who are at your current location. If you select a care team that includes users from other locations (even within the same practice), those queues do not display.
When working in other users' queues, you can add, update, print, or close tasks; approve or deny renewals, or indicate high priority tasks.
Observe the following considerations when working in another user's queue:
Any refills or updates you make to a patient's medication are added either for you (the logged on user) or the provider you indicate that you are signing for. For details, see Signing and Saving for a Provider. Note that no user is associated with tasks that do not require a signature (such as for marking a renewal task as complete).
Only the first 20 entries display for each user. If a user's queue includes more than 20 entries, a See more link displays.
The
number next to the Webshell indictor () in
the upper right corner displays the number of incomplete Rx renewal
tasks assigned to you only.
