The LMR allows you to work with the Results Manager queue of any
other provider at your practice or with the combined queues of any
care team (if previously created). To do so, click the drop-down arrow
at the Provider(s) field. (For details on creating a care team, click
here.) You can also work
with the Results Manager queues for multiple providers selected 'on
the fly' by clicking the .

Note: RM queues display only for providers who are at your current practice. If you select a care team that includes providers from other practices, those queues do not display.
When working in other providers' queues, you can acknowledge and forward results, create patient letters, add result interpretation, as well as work with test ticklers and to do items.
Observe the following considerations when working in another user's queue:
Results forwarded to another provider are sent as from the user whose queue is being worked on.
When results letters are generated, the author of the note is either you (the logged on user) or the provider you indicate that you are signing for. For details, see Signing and Saving for a Provider.
When you add a patient tickler, the Notify field defaults to the logged in user (not the user whose queue is being worked on), but can be changed
When you create a To Do item, the item is added either for you (the logged on user) or the provider you indicate that you are signing for. For details, see Signing and Saving for a Provider.
The
number next to the Webshell indicator () in
the upper right corner displays the number of total/abnormal results
in Results Manager for your queue only
