The Custom Queries module displays the following filter buttons at the top of the screen:
My - The default screen. Includes all queries you've saved to your personal list.
Practice - Includes all queries saved by you and your colleagues as "practice" (shared) queries.
Colleagues - Includes all queries saved by your colleagues as personal queries (that is, queries they've saved as "My list").
General - Includes queries saved as Practice General by authorized users. These behave slightly differently than other queries. For example, only supervisors or practice managers can remove them from the target list.
Click any filter button to display only the associated query types. To move any query to your target query list (displayed by clicking Module Preferences), click the check box in the second column and click Move to Modules.
The Module Preferences button is different than the other filter buttons. It allows you to limit the queries that are available to you when generating queries using the Custom Queries option from the Reports menu. See Maintaining the Target Custom List for details.
