Tracking a Referral (PCPs Only)

The Referral Management module allows you to set up a tickler queue of all referrals you want to track over time. This will allow you to check if the patient has scheduled and completed the specialist appointment and see if the specialist has generated a note associated with the visit.

1.   If you haven't already, go to the Referral Management module.

2.   Click the Track column check box for each referral you want to add to your tracking queue.

3.   If you want to save your work now, click Sign (F10). The LMR indicates the changes that will be saved. Type your key and click Sign.

To display your tracking queue at any time, click the at the Status field on the main Referral Management module and select Track.
