Note:
If you do not have any unsigned (pending) updates, this screen is blank.
If you have unsigned updates and you attempt to change a patient, the LMR displays this screen. This only occurs if you have not selected Batch Signing in Custom Preferences (General).
Clicking Sign
(F10) displays a "scratch pad" of unsigned updates. Updates
are sorted by patient (if applicable), with a brief description of
each update. These updates are not currently reflected in the respective
patients' medical records. To display details about any update, click
the icon. To display the QuickLook view for
any module, click the link for the module name in the first column.
Right-click a patient’s name to display the right-click
shortcut menu.
If you have medication updates with the Rx option selected, the LMR includes additional options to allow you to print or electronically send prescriptions. For details, click here.
If you are set up as a cosigner and have updates to be cosigned, a banner message displays with a link to your Cosigner Queue (with the number of updates to be approved and acknowledged). For details, click here. Additionally, if you are required to approve any updates, the Sign button displays in red. (The Sign button does not display in red for updates pending acknowledgement.)
For EOV users only, if you have forms to be printed, the LMR includes other options to allow you to print or preview the forms. This only applies if you have selected the associated EOV print option in Custom Preferences (EOV).
