There are two different types of default headers that can be applied to your notes. They are:
Any existing custom header can be used as a practice default header or print default header. See Creating a New Custom Header for details on creating a new header.
1. If you haven't already, go to the Custom Headers module.
2. Do one of the following:
For practice managers only, to set the practice default header, click the Practice filter link to display headers available to you. Then, click the Preferred check box for the header.
To set the print default header, click the Module Preferences filter link to display headers available to you. Then, click the Default option for the header.
Note:
If a practice default header is set for your practice, setting a print default header or applying a heading at the time of printing will result in a note with two headers. To avoid header problems, preview your notes before printing.
If you do not specify a default header, the LMR uses the system default header.
