1. If you haven't already, go to the Custom Headers module.
2. Click Add New.
3. Type the text that you want to print at the top of each page of your patient notes. To format your header, use the special formatting buttons.
Note: You do not need to add line spacing to separate your header and note text. Line spacing is automatically added.
4. If desired, select an option for including patient information.
5. Click Ok (ALT+O).
6. Type a name for your new header.
7. Then, select whether you want to save your header to your personal list ( My List) or make it available to others within your practice ( Practice or Practice General). For practice managers only, if you want to make this header available to be used as a practice default header, click Practice.
8. If desired, select options for Default and Save to Modules.
9. Click Save.
