Follow these steps to generate the Notes Compliance Status Report:
1. Click Tools from the Admin menu.
2. Move your cursor over the HIS menu option and select Notes Comp Report.
3. Click the drop-down arrows to select the appropriate parameters for the Institution, Clinic, Subset, and Providers fields. You can select ENTIRE LIST for a field to include all list items in generating the report.
Note: The selections for the Clinic field are determined by your selection for the Institution field, and the Provider list is dependent on the Subset field selection.
4. Specify the Start and End date ranges for the Visit Dates.
5. Click Submit.
6. Click the Ready link in the Report Status column for the report you want to select. This will display the Notes Compliance Summary.
Note: The Report Status column will show Ready/Sent once the e-mails have been generated from the Notes Compliance Summary page by clicking Send.
