These steps assume you are working on a referral initiated by a PCP. For referrals that you initiate on the behalf of a PCP, see Adding a Referral.
1. If you haven't already, go to the Referral Management module. Your working queue of referrals are those with a Next Step of "Staff to Complete."
2. Click any column of the line of each referral, except the patient name. (Clicking the patient name displays the Summary screen for that patient.) The LMR displays details of that referral.
3. If necessary, update the Instructions section.
4. If necessary, update the Clinical Information section.
5. If necessary, update the Information to Include section.
6. If necessary, update the Referral Actions section.
7. If necessary, type any other comments or notes.

9. If you want to save your work now, click Sign (F10).
