These steps describe the batch printing of all eligible previsit forms for selected patients that have not yet been electronically submitted back to your practice. Only forms meeting the following criteria are included:
Patient meets criteria for the form (based on visit type, age, gender, and problem list entry)
Form was set to be distributed to the patient before the visit (otherwise, the form is not considered a previsit form)
Patient did not submit the form electronically (via Patient Gateway)
All forms meeting this criteria (except Standardized Forms, used by pilot practices) are set to be printed for the selected patient or patients. To print only a single form, see Printing Custom Reports and Forms from the Schedule.
1. If you haven't already, go to the Schedule.
2. Select the visit date you want to print.
3. Click Print Reports. The LMR redisplays the schedule list with check boxes to the left of each patient name.
4. Select the Uncompleted Previsit Form
option, using the in the
upper left.
5. Select the patient or patients you want to include. Also click the associated check box to sort patients by medical record number (MRN), name, or date/time, if desired.
6. Click Set Print Queue.
7. Go to the Admin menu and select Print Reports Queue.
8. Click Print to Default to print your default printer. Or to print to any other available printer, click Print to Other Printer. For details, click here.

Information from LMR reports is
confidential material and must be handled and disposed of appropriately.
