Printing Letters and Notes from the Result Manager

Note: The header that prints at the top of each page of your letters and notes is based on your default header. See Setting the Notes Header for details.

To print individual letters or notes:

1.   Find the visit associated with the letter or note you want to print from your Result Manager queue and click the associated icon in the Visit Note or Patient Letter column. The LMR displays that letter or note.

2.   Click Print Selected. Unlike printing from the Notes or Document Management modules, addendums are not automatically printed nor can CC Lists be included.

To print multiple letters (not available for notes):

1.   Click the check box to the left of each visit associated with the letters you want to print. Or to select all notes for printing, click the check box in the first column of the heading.

2.   Click Print Letters.
