The Infusion Flowsheet provides nursing staff with an electronic tool for recording information regarding patient visits relating to a chemotherapy regimen or protocol. Flowsheet information is available for review by physicians, medical assistants, and other support staff, as necessary.
This flowsheet contains a wide range of record and assessment information including a medication list and administration record, vital signs, labs, intake/output totals, patient assessment, as well as disposition, teaching, and nursing notes.
From the initial Infusion Flowsheet screen, you can create a new flowsheet - or if one has already been created - select to either document onto a flowsheet or edit its header.
