Viewing the Infusion Flowsheet

The Infusion Flowsheet displays as an expandable grid. The leftmost column contains section headers that can be clicked to reveal increasing levels of detail for each patient visit. Click Exp/Coll to alternatively display or hide all section detail.

A column is added to the flowsheet for each patient visit (most recent first). Up to five visits are displayed at a time. If applicable, click to display the next five visits or click to display the first visits.

Columns containing an asterisk (*) indicate data is available for the associated section category and visit date.

Additional information is also displayed when you briefly hold the mouse cursor over certain fields (such as a medication name or administration date). For the Vital Signs section, clicking the View link displays a pop-up window displaying all entries for the associated visit date.
Columns containing E, A, or R indicate information was updated after midnight of the day following the visit date.
- An E indicates that information for the associated section was edited.
- An A indicates that information was added (that is, the associated section originally contained no information).
- An R indicates that information was edited or added more than 6 months after the visit date.
