The Unsigned Data queue displays a list of patient record changes that were started by you or for you, but that were never signed as completed entries in the LMR. Information is sent to this queue when you click Ok or Save after entering data such as notes, medications, allergies, and problems within the application. As a result of these patient record changes not being signed, they are considered "pending" -- they are not currently reflected in the associated patients' records. This can happen if you leave a workstation with unsigned data and another user logs on.

To make any of these changes permanent record items:
1. If you haven't already, go to the Unsigned Data screen from the Admin module.
2. To view more information about any item before signing, click the link to the right of the check box.
3. Type your key, and click Sign.
Note:
If any of the items should not
be signed, click the
before signing.
Items in the Unsigned Data queue are neither purged nor auto-finalized.
