Running a Custom Query

1.   If you haven't already, click the Custom Queries option from the Reports menu. Your initial view displays custom queries created for your practice.

Note: Custom queries are currently created by LMR analysts. To request a query, contact your support analyst.

2.   If desired, click Show All to display custom queries shared by other practices.

3.   Click the query name. The LMR displays the Run Report screen.

4.   Select data that you want to run the report against (that is, a specific provider or institution, the patient age ranges, and the date ranges for the Schedule Date, the Transaction Date, or both).

5.   Select how you want patients identified and whether you want to include the date of each matching entry and the name of the person who made the entry. Also indicate whether you want the output to a text file, HTML page, or patient list, and how you want to be notified of the report completion.

6.   Click Run.
