The LMR allows you to run a report with the compiled results from multiple queries. Do so as follows:
1. If you haven't already, go to the Custom Queries module.
2. If desired, click Show All to display custom queries shared by other practices.
3. Click the check box in the Run column of each query name.
4. Click either ALL or AT LEAST ONE OF at the top of the screen. (The report either includes patients who meet the criteria of any query or only those who meet the requirements of every query.) The LMR displays the Run Report screen.
5. Select data that you want to run the report against (that is, a specific provider or institution, the patient age ranges, and the visit date ranges).
6. Select how you want patients identified and whether you want to include the date of each matching entry and the name of the person who made the entry. Also indicate whether you want the output to a text file, HTML page, or patient list, and how you want to be notified of the report completion.
7. Click Run.
